Richard Dobson (Archetype Astra)
A seasoned founder and strategist with 25 years experience,
I am an entrepreneur and autodidact researcher exploring how ethics, creativity, and artificial intelligence can co-evolve. As the founder of Clara Futura World, I work at the intersection of business strategy, philosophy of mind, and adaptive systems—developing frameworks where uncertainty becomes a creative medium and ethics the foundation of design. I come from the lineage of the stubborn builders—the ones with the unbounded stamina of Howard Roark, convinced that integrity and imagination are not opposites but scaffolds for the same structure. The work sometimes feels like a dream, but it’s a dream that designs itself into reality.
Without following a traditional academic path, I have built an independent research network of advisors and collaborators spanning neuroscience, philosophy, and cognitive systems. Stewarded by Prof. Dirk K.F. Meijer, I was encouraged to embody the true meaning of “scientist”: to systematically gather, test, and share knowledge for the benefit of others.
Through self-directed study and experimentation, I’ve developed models such as Emergent Recursive Intelligence (ERI) and Layered Intelligence Theory (LIT)—concepts that redefine intelligence as a process of continual learning, reflection, and ethical adaptation.

Professor Dirk K.F. Meijer is the Head Scientific Advisor of the Clara Futura Global Ecosystem and Leader of the Astrala Institute Netherlands
He is an internationally recognized scientist whose interdisciplinary research spans pharmacological sciences, biophysics of brain function, theoretical neuroscience, information science, and the physics of consciousness.
Prof Meijer focus is toward the ultra-rapid signalling and integrative processes of the brain that classical neurobiology struggles to explain.
His recent work explores the nature of consciousness, proposing that the mind may not be confined to the brain’s neurons alone, but instead may involve quantum informational processes and fields extending beyond the brain.
