Richard Dobson (aka Astra) is the founder of Clara Futura SL, an innovation studio based in Andorra. 

A seasoned entrepreneur and strategist, he has spent over two decades transforming organizations across construction, recruitment, and consulting sectors. 

Richard is dedicated to advancing ethical AI, symbolic intelligence, and compassionate leadership through pioneering platforms like Astrala and Lykke Minds & People™. 

His vision focuses on systemic change and human-centric technology, empowering leaders and teams to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Professor Dirk K.F. Meijer is the Scientific Advisor at Clara Futura SL, he is an internationally recognised scientist whose interdisciplinary research spans pharmacological sciences, biophysics of brain function, theoretical neuroscience, information science, and the physics of consciousness. 

Prof Meijer focus is toward the ultra-rapid signalling and integrative processes of the brain that classical neurobiology struggles to explain. 

Prof. Meijer is especially known for bridging quantum physics with neuroscience and biology in his theoretical models. His recent work explores the nature of consciousness, proposing that the mind may not be confined to the brain’s neurons alone, but instead may involve quantum informational processes and fields extending beyond the brain. 

In developing these ideas, he incorporates concepts such as quantum entanglement and tunnelling to explain cognitive processes, placing him at the forefront of the emerging field of quantum biology  where biological phenomena (like brain

function and consciousness) are examined through quantum-level frameworks.

Robert P. Medzie, MA, serves as the Wellbeing Advisor at Clara Futura SL. 

With extensive experience in behavioural health and mental health counselling, Robert specializes in emotional intelligence, resilience, and systemic stress reduction. 

He brings deep insight into human development and intergenerational patterns, guiding leaders and teams toward greater self-awareness, wellbeing, and balanced performance. 

Through compassionate, reflective practices, Robert helps embed psychological safety, emotional clarity, and transformative learning within the Clara Futura ecosystem, supporting healthier and more effective organizational cultures.

Simon Alsop is the People Strategy Advisor at Clara Futura SL. 

With extensive expertise in apprenticeship and workforce development within the construction and engineering sectors, Simon brings over two decades of leadership in major infrastructure projects and vocational education.

 As Managing Director of Learning Skills Partnership, he champions strategic innovation, quality improvement, and talent development. 

His focus is on creating employer-led frameworks that bridge skills gaps and nurture sustainable, industry-aligned growth through meaningful education and practical workplace integration

Michael Allsop is the Business Strategy Advisor at Clara Futura SL, bringing over 25 years of senior leadership experience in mainstream construction and commercial management.

 Skilled in strategic growth, risk management, and operational excellence, Michael specializes in building collaborative, high-performing teams and fostering sustainable client relationships. His approach prioritizes openness, honesty, and integrity.
